Favorite Baseball team: Pirates NFL: Steelers NHL: Penguins NBA: No real favorite team just some guys I like to watch
Pittsburgh area born and raised, I am about 20 minutes north of the city. Went to, and still attending, Penn State. I already got a degree but I decided I wanted to give the school more money and went back to school.
I may be the lame one here but I don't drink, but I will throw back the occasional Dr. Pepper when I am feeling crazy.
I still play baseball to this day. I play and manage an adult baseball team in the Pittsburgh area.

My name is Michael Zakhar and I live in Eatontown, New Jersey. I'm looking forward to playing fantasy baseball with you all. I will be running the Phillies in this league.
Favorite Baseball team: Yankees
The only other sport I pay attention to is professional wrestling.
Beer: I like many kinds of beer. I live 10 minutes away from Kane Brewing, and I try to visit most weekends. I enjoy most of what they make, particularly Head High, their signature IPA.
Band(s): Bob Dylan is my all time favorite and I've seen him in concert over 40 times. him that the artists I most frequently listen to are the Who, Willie Nelson, Otis Redding, Velvet Underground, the Rolling Stones, and Van Morrison. I listen to all sorts of music. My current favorite is "Twas the Night Before Christmas," the Christmas album by Huey "Piano" Smith and the Clowns.
Career: I am an editor and manager at an educational publishing and media company.
Age: 39
Married: My wife Virginia and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary last month. Our son Johnny turns 2 in April.
I attended my first MLB game at Yankee Stadium.
Once again, I'm looking forward to playing in this great league. Talk to you soon.

See what happens when I pay too much attention to football? I miss this thread and am wayyyy too late to the party. Anyway here it goes.
My name is Jeremy S and I live in Apple Valley MN I love fantasy sports and play seasonally, hence the attention to football recently.
NFL-Vikings MLB-Twins or Angels NHL-WILD NBA-Lynx
I'm the operations manager for a franchise that owns a few Little Caesars
Beer, whatever's in the keg otherwise I'll stick to my vodka
I'm 34 and been in a relationship for almost the past 8 years and have two kick ass boys 3 & 5
Music-Classic Rock, specifically the Classic Rock channel on IHEARTRADIO. Seriously can listen to that for a day straight and never hear the same song twice.
My question for anyone still paying attention is has fantasy ruined, harsh word, any of your favorite teams or sports. I used to be a die hard Vikings fan but for the past 10 years or so I care almost or more about my fantasy team. The same is pretty much true for baseball. This is why I don't play fantasy hockey......GO WILD!!!!!

Also late to the party, I'm Mike I live in red bank nj, I'm 31 married for 7 years this coming July, and have 2 boys 3, 1, and another due in May. I work for the electrical utility as a substation electrician. Beer of choice depends on season actually, summer equals Coronas, or budwiser, and fall and winter equal Amstel Lights. I'm been a yankee fan for as long as I can remember, redskins fan, eh islanders and knicks fan as well. Huge fan of mma, and cannot quit pro wrestling. Took quite the hiatus from all fantasy sports for about 8 years, did a league last year and forgot how much I loved baseball. Musical tastes vary like many others, HUGE phish, and grateful dead fan, will listen at absolutley anything though. First baseball game I want to say was a Scranton Wilkes Bare Red Barron's game at the time a Phillies affiliate, now known as Rail Riders a yankee affiliate, I was 10ish?? First professional game was at Yankee Staduim(the real one, not the mall they play in now)(to quote Jay mohr). With this my lunch break is just ending, never done a league of this magnitude and am pretty excited about it, best of luck for the season guys. Mikey

Damn we both love the Yankees, pro wrestling and live like 20 minutes from each other, that's pretty damn ironic I must say

Hey all,
I'm Erik owner of the LA Angels of Aneheim - I've been doing fantasy baseball for like 10 years now (way better than football IMO)... been lucky enough to win back to back ships in a competitive 10 man CBS league with some good friends of mine. But this sounds like a whole different kind of beast. I've been looking for a league like this for a couple years.
NFL: Vikings (AFC = Chiefs) NBA: Wolves (or Spurs in the playoffs) NHL: Wild
Beer: Anything dark and with some bite
Music:.. Anything but country
I work in international logistics.
Age: 27
Nickname: Gator, Gates
Always willing to talk trades to feel free to hit me up. If Trout is involved it better we worth my while hahaha.
Sorry I haven't been vocal lately. I try to focus on one fantasy sport at a time, and since my football dreams have been dashed it's now time for baseball.
CHYEA
- Erik
