Moving forward, I'm not sure listing a few eligible unsigned minors to be drafted is the best way.
Going back to understand what I did... If I click the "players must be signed to a mlb club to be in player pool", then that makes all players like Chris Davis, Justin Upton ineligible. So that clearly couldn't have been an option.
BUT.... what I hadn't considered was that because we had to make a copy of the league for two drafts, I could have clicked that "players must be signed to a mlb club to be in player pool" option in our minor league draft and left the other one in the major league draft.
Then we could have only had signed minor leaguers as well as including any unsigned major leaguers.
After both drafts I would click that option for the league and lock pool and not worry about new players, so that they would go to the worst teams in the following drafts.
So, options for 2017 season that I would present are:
1. Allow ALL unsigned minor leaguers to be drafted 2. Allow NO unsigned minor leaguers to be drafted.
I think I prefer the second one, but really because I don't want anyone at a disadvantage.... but seeing how everyone drafts, I don't think anyone would really have a problem with it. You're all outstanding
